Any one that knows me, knows that I been a fan of Puff and his empire since my early youth. I can relate to this man in many ways from being a Scorpio, to the ability to read people and their intentions, and even not having a father around at a young age due to Hustling. Yo I just have to say that the creative consultation that Rockie is receiving is definitely #fuckingupdagame. This cover is awesome, the video promo is great, and the features on this mixtape are definitely a display of Rockie's grind. So on November 17 of 2010 I was privileged to DJ the #SPEAKEASY event for the streetwear brand Shorty Capone. If you guys are not familiar with Shorty Capone, its a streetwear brand from Chicago but it is only licensed in India. The brand currently has 5 stores overseas and will be opening its 6th location in India on Feb. 2011. I will be DJ'ing there for the grand opening. Shout to Brian and Marco of Black Market Caviar for plugging me with this opportunity.

INTRODUCING.....MY NEW LOGO!!!

So I am highly excited that I finally have a logo to build DJ O-Zone as a brand. Finding the perfect logo has been one of the biggest struggles of my journey in this music biz but looks like my patience has paid off. I really like this logo because it does not say "look at me, im a DJ," instead it has a more universal feel to it and its clean and proper

So this past summer of 2010, I was privileged to travel to New York with Chi-ill to iron out some details and regards to a musical we are working on with super producer Patrick Blake. Along with the trip, we took the opportunity to connect with my homie Fokis and shoot this video. I think this is a great song especially for those who can relate to the struggles of not having a father in their life.
