Since 2004, Producer/DJ O-Zone has laid the blueprint for beat battles in the city of Chicago by introducing the Windy City Produce Beat Battles. Windy City Produce gave producers a place to showcase their talent and compete amongst other great talented producers to come from the city. Now with the start of a new year, Windy City Produce returns in the same community where it originally started, Humboldt Park. January 28th will be the 1st Windy City Produce Beat Battle of the year which will be a monthly event that will take place at Resist Gallery. Producers interested in signing up must submit 2 of their best beats to windycityproduce@gmail.com. You will be notified via email, if you are selected as one of the 16 producers to compete.
